Martin Wehnert has over 20 years of expertise in mergers & acquisitions, corporate strategy, and capital markets.
His career spans from strategic tech advisory roles at Accenture to investment banking at Credit Suisse, where he supported high-growth companies in scaling operations and unlocking value.
With a strong analytical focus—holding an MSc in Mathematics—and an Executive MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, Martin has deep insight into growth-stage investing and strategic portfolio development.

Tanya Eves is founder and strategic investor in aerospace and aviation. Owner and head of business development in Epic aircraft, a leading general aviation manufacturer based in Oregon, a disrupter that revolutionizing aviation with the world’s fastest FAA-certified single-engine turboprop.
A former CEO of one of the largest aviation groups in the CIS – and the youngest to lead a top-500 company in the region. A licensed airplane and helicopter pilot, she has flown her Epic around the world, bringing both entrepreneurial and hands-on aviation experience to every venture she leads.
In 2019, she co-founded Decart Ventures, a venture capital firm backing early-stage technology companies.
Tanya holds a Master of Science in Mathematics graduating with distinction.
Sergei Telegin
Associate
Prior to Decart Ventures, Sergei worked as an Analyst at the largest Investment Bank in CIS, VTB Capital, in Credit & Leverage Finance and Investments department. Before that, he had had experience in Investment Banking and Investment Management.
Sergei received a MS degree in Finance at Warwick Business School in the UK and a BS degree in Economics at MGIMO.
Sergei is a Master of Sports in freestyle wrestling.
Yulia Rogova
Legal Advisor
Prior to Decart Ventures, Yulia worked for 5 years at a major airline company as a Head of Legal in International Investments department. Before that, she had spent 5 years as the Legal Officer in the largest steel company in CIS.
Yulia received an MBA degree at HSE and BS/MS degrees in Private International Law at MSAL.
Yulia is a passionate mountain skier.
